There's many options you have here, there is hope. Firstly you could try speech therapy, this can be pricey but you could pick up some techniques and ways to help you with your stutter. The first thing they'll tell you is though that you must accept your stutter, there's no magic wand that will make you fluent. You're challenged with a stutter, like everyone here and the first step is to accept that you aren't fluent. My second suggestion, which has worked for me is going to an intensive speech therapy course. This will mean going to a course and spending a few days (up to 2 weeks for some) working on your speech and perfecting different techniques. I would suggest researching The McGuire Programme, as that has changed my life immensely. It has given me control over my stutter. The only drawback to speech therapy courses is they can be expensive, but some courses, The McGuire programme for certain, does pay plans and even sometimes gives free places out to those who really need it. Don't lose hope my friend! I know it's a cliche, but there's light at the end of the tunnel.
