I think companies are ableist towards stuttering people. If average people/company think about disabled person they think about wheelchair or seriously mental ill, Stuttering as invisible trait is abstraction, they dont know what it is. They are not aware that voice problems like blocking, repeating are not because person is stuttering but he/she is worse, lying, unprepared and after all, that person in recruiter eyes came out worse. They will instantly dismiss person cv if its around customer job, you have to be perfect in unwritten rule, young and pretty woman is plus, but men can be naive. I dont belive in companies bullshit like "comapny recruiting friendly".
