Not sure if rapping and singing utilize the same parts of the brain but singing and speech formation do not use the same parts of the brain. Due to this, you don’t stutter when you sing. I remember back in high-school, one of my strategies was to start of singing and talk normally. It worked but for some reason I stopped because it was too tedious on my part.
