There's really no general advice that I'd presume to give here. Stutter varies, and what might work for me might not work for you. You should go check out some speech therapy if you have the option. You won't know until you go if it works for you. Also, therapy can vary as well. Probably patience is a thing to recommend for people like us. But persistency too (in so far as we're trying to improve something).
