First of all you have to do something about that anxiety, find a hobby, that best way to get friends and felling better in general about yourself. And for the Stutter just talk with people, the more you talk with someone the more you develop social skill and security. For me high school was a hard time, but now in college getting friends really fix my life, the more you get to know how good of a person some is the more you forget about his thing, we aren't perfect you know.
