Ughhh I'm sorry. I've had these days .... less due to my stutter. More due to my depression. It's great you're supplementing. It can help some people. I take magnesium and a supplement called Stress Care (from the Himalaya brand). Not sure if that's accessible to you. Do you have holy basil accessible as a tea perhaps? I'd look into that. It's easy to grow too. It looks almost like regular basil. Dry it and drink the tea from the leaves. Sorry you had a bad day, but you WILL get the fuck over it. Go do something you love!
