It's stupid how it's 2020, and whatever business this is still assumes that phone calling should be the default and anyone who opts for a different method of communication must provide justification for it. I mean, in that case, why even offer texting as one of the options? Calling isn't even a faster method - most of the time, texting/emailing is just as quick or not more so, and also doubles as convenient record-keeping.
