Delivery processor ar tk maxx. I'm behind the scenes and never have to use the phone. We do use headsets to communicate with each other though and 99% of the time I'm fine, but that one time I stutter over the airwaves with everyone hearing it, I beat myself up something chronic over it, I have a real self loathing few minutes!!
