I have this too! I stutter in every way you can. Think this is called a 'block' or something. I've never met someone with the same thing, only the repetition stuttering. Just found this website that talks about the types of stuttering. I'll paste the section here: Part-word repetitions – "I w-w-w-want a drink." One-syllable word repetitions – "Go-go-go away."
