Yep it's tiring and exhausting, I've lived with it all my life not been able to have any sort of proper conversation, not been able to join in and tell jokes, all sorts of 'normal ' everyday things, always been described as the quiet or shy one etc... it's soooo frustrating knowing I have loads to say but I just can't say it!... I would love to say it gets better, but unfortunately in my case it didn't, it's something you have to learn to live with and cope with
