I have been reading it since January 2017. It has helped me quite a bit. I am an engineering major and 21 years old. Last year, I struggled a lot with presentations - I felt nervous, ran out of breath, avoided words etc. All of this made my stutter worse. After following the advice given in that book, my speech improved quite a bit. I recently presented in my class and received applause and praise from the course instructor for the quality/content of the presentation. Now, what changed between my presentations last year and now? For one, I decided to control my rate of breathing and speaking. Two, I practised A LOT (with family, friends who were kind enough to help me, my speech therapist etc.). This meant that I was super familiar with the content and had practised all the words I found difficult to pronounce. All of this was mainly due to me following advice from that book. Hope that helps.
