Yes, the failures greatly outweigh the successes. But, I try to have a positive mindset whenever possible (yes, I hate it when people talk about positive mindsets, but it’s applicable here.) What I like to do is talk to myself and make myself confident by simply persuading myself. Sounds dumb, but it works for me.
