This is such a great story for me to read. I recently slightly changed career paths (was working for an ad agency but pivoted to work on the ad sales side). This requires me to present to big ad agencies and pitch for new business. I’m still new so I haven’t had to present yet but my nerves are growing with every day that brings me closer to that time. Reading this really reinvigorated me and calms me down to remember that I can take my time and not put too much stress on my speech. I struggle a lot with blocks and I like his strategy of “finding another word”. Thanks for sharing!
