I stutter but my wife doesn't, I had two kids, my daughter stutters but was very mild, then it stopped when she was a teenager. My son doesn't. It all depends on if stuttering occurs in your husband family line or he has relatives that also stutters. For my case, I had other family members that stutters, so I knew it could be hereditary.
