In a setting such as that, I do hope the teachers are aware of the individual circumstances of their stuttering students. I'm guessing unfortunately that isn't always the case, since stutter still isn't widely understood. In which case, it becomes a rather pointless exercise. It's a bit like the worse cases of performance anxiety, I guess.
