So this is less about being passionate when you speak, but more so having more vocal intonation and changes in inflection. This doesn’t mean you speak louder or harder. This means you drag some vowels out longer, elongate certain consonants, and phrase your sentences differently. You’re essentially “stutter” if you want to call it that when you speak. But you do it in a purposeful way in which actually makes your speaking more interesting to listen to.
