Even though he was a giant piece of shit, Nicolae Ceaușescu, the communist dictator of Romania, had a pretty severe stutter. Interestingly, his stutter reportedly helped him rise in the ranks of the communist party since he was always “the quiet one” so none of his comrades really considered him a threat and he was able to rise through the ranks of the party without getting eliminated by party-rivals.
