Ive started to develop a stutter

Ive started to develop a stutter so I am 15, diagnosed dyslexic (which includes the full package apart from maths) and I've noticed that over the past few weeks I've been developing a stutter, I don't understand why this is happening now, I wouldn't thought this would've developed when I was just learning to talk right?
