Is there any way to overcome block type of stuttering?

Is there any way to overcome block type of stuttering? Hey there! I am a covert stutter but every now and then I block on certain words. Overtime my mind has created a fear of these certain words. Mostly my blocks are on the first syllable of any word but recently I ve noticed that I also have blocks between two syllables of a longer word. Is there any way possible to overcome block type of stuttering since I know I get really anxious when I am about to block.
