Funnily for me, wearing a face mask is better because it hides my awkward face movements when I stutter, but it's also annoying because those same face movements drag my mask down and sometimes my nose uncovers while talking, which is super awkward and may happen multiple times during a dialogue. I guess it goes both ways..
