How do I stop or lessen stuttering?

How do I stop or lessen stuttering? I (14M) have some stuttering problems and most of the time I cannot say the letters A, E, and I. This is a huge problem for me because I don't get to talk to others that much in my neighborhood and in school because I don't want to embarrass myself. So any tips?
