I had a teacher in high school that was convinced my stutter meant I hadn’t studied (because, in her opinion, it was showing I was insecure). I literally memorized her lessons word for word, and even then I got a C- and a lecture on my stutter. What a complete ignorant tool. Unfortunately there are some ignorant and cruel people out there, and completely unaware of themselves. And they can’t wait to punch down on those they feel are less powerful. But let me tell you: I am sure they are more miserable than we ever will.
