Same. I never used to stutter when I'm alone but off late, I don't get enough practice talking to people unlike before. So, the only talking I ever do is stuttering the few times I talk to people, and what happened because of that is the habit of stuttering crept into other aspects of my life like reading in my mind. So, I started to read loudly and ensure there is some sort of fluency in my day to day life and I'm looking to build on it, just like a crystallization process.
