Normally, I wouldn't recommend this, but try taking an anti-anxiety medication for your interviews. It seems you've got as far as you can with practicing and two years is a long time to be looking. I just returned to the workforce myself after 2 years. You just need something to get you through that crucial interview stage and then as soon as you start working, you'll get used to the new workplace and your stutter will diminish but it's all about getting in. I know people will suggest to do things the right way and get speech therapy and whatever else, but this is your livelihood. Taking a potent anti-anxiety such as a benzo is like turning on the cheat code in a video game to get past a boss that has been killing you over and over. Once you get past him, you can turn off the cheat code and resume. Sometimes, we need a little help and that's okay. Maybe some CBD dried flower? It's worked wonders for me.
