Thank you for sharing the book link; I’ll have to check it out. Confidence is always something I’ve wondered if it relates to stuttering. For example, when I’m talking out loud to myself I never stutter - I believe this is common for many people. But if you put someone in front of me or even on the opposite of a phone line, I stutter. But let’s say I have a couple alcoholic drinks and talk in front of people or over the phone, my stuttering has been reduced because I assume I am more relaxed. I’ve always found this odd especially the clear fluency when speaking out loud alone part. Thanks.
