Do you tell the interviewer ahead of time that you have disfluency? Stuttering is a disability. In my opinion you absolutely should let them know. Do you stutter less when you read? If so... RE phone interviews. This is just my advice. Type out every interview question you remember getting in these phone interviews you say you bombed. Then, type out your answers, like a script. Phone interviews usually follow a formula, so you should be able to anticipate what the general questions will be, and what your answers will be. Then read this whole script again and again, and have it in front of you during the phone interview and read off it if you need to.
