Do you practice before interviews? What's your routine?

Do you practice before interviews? What's your routine? I have been job hunting for the last 8 months and I get close but just miss opportunities. I spend a lot of time on prep (practicing in the car, writing out answers, etc) and I just freeze in interviews. My last interview I was a stuttering mess despite getting easy questions. My gf thinks I am over preparing and overthinking it so I'm curious how many of my fellow PWS practice for interviews? I'm also looking for inspiration on any pre interview routines you are willing to share. I know several of us stutter badly during interviews but I'm open to any ideas you are willing to share!
