Is anyone working on medical treatment for stuttering anywhere in the world right now?

Is anyone working on medical treatment for stuttering anywhere in the world right now? Feel like its been a long time since I ever heard anything medically related to stuttering. Are there any new treatments/drugs out there to help? I am willing to try literally anything at this point
