1) meditation - made the biggest difference. It takes constant work but it allows me to detach my self from feelings and let feelings/thoughts be just that, feelings/thoughts. Not perfect but makes a big difference for sure. 2)As the confidence in my self, my feelings for my stutter lessened. I still stutter almost daily but I rarely give a fuck unless it impacts something significant. And even that, I’m just like “bummer that happened” and move on.
