Specific words to improve speech flow

Specific words to improve speech flow Hello all ! Long time lurker, first time poster. I’m a 23 year old male and have stuttered my entire life, although my stuttering was much worse as a child I still struggle on a daily basis and I am definitely more self conscious about it now. I’ve got a question for everyone! Does anyone else have any specific words that you use a lot while talking to improve your speech flow? I constantly find myself saying ‘Fucking’ or ‘Um’ mid sentence because it helps me get the sentence out and with a lot less blocks. In situations where I try and avoid these words I find myself stuttering and blocking more. Would be interesting to know if anyone else has a similar experience. Also, I appreciate this group so much. Thank you all.
