So how much does anxiety excaberate stuttering

So how much does anxiety excaberate stuttering So basically like the norm I am one of those people who do not stutter when alone, talking to pets, talking to Alexa/Siri. Or talking to my younger siblings/children who are 5,4 and 7 I would rate myself as a mild stutterer I was wondering how much does anxiety excaberate stuttering, so when I go to ask the cash register for "change" I would stutter(mostly block but you get my point) only on the 'change' . Would avoidance reduction be the best way to reduce this anxiety, because I feel like its the only thing holding me back
