I know a few people who stutter who are shit at spelling and grammar, unfortunately! I personally leant into these things because I felt they would help me counteract some of the disadvantages I face (which they have), and I was pretty shocked when I discovered that some other people who stutter haven’t pursued the same path. I still don’t understand why not. To struggle with verbal AND written communication seems… unwise.
