Thanks for the specific law, but I tend to stick to my belief. The employer could have easily dismissed me on a lie of any skill that he found to be imperfect with me and I would have wasted time trying to improve that skill even if that didn't happen to be the specific problem. The way I see it, his honesty keeps me from wasting time and keeps me looking further. Although the truth can be painful, I will get over it and keep on living. I don't care about the potential money from a lawsuit and I don't feel like we should prosecute people because they are honest with us and telling us what they really think. Life is hard and unfair. That is the truth and we should make the best of it. By procesecuting people for being fair and standing by their beliefs, we only let our society live in a live of lies that anyone can see through and no one actually agrees with. This is atleast how I see it but I understand that politcal beliefs can vary wildly on this issue.
