Are you currently still on Abilify? I am taking 2mg as well paired with anti-anxiety meds, have been taking them for about two weeks. I find its more the calming effect of these medications that helps reduce the effects of stuttering/stammering (hard blocks, jittery speech, elongations). In terms of actual fluency I think its mixed as it could just be placebo or the aforementioned anxiety reduction.
