The cost depends on your insurance or your parents' insurance, depending on which you're on. At the risk of giving medical advice I'm totally unqualified to give, it sounds like you believe that the problem is more of a mental one than a physical one. I think speech therapists tend to focus on the physical aspect of things, while things like anxiety tend to be for a mental health counselor. I'm told that the current theory for speech therapists is that as fluency skills increase, there will be a decrease in anxiety as you gain confidence in your fluency strategies.
