i made a 200 dollar do it myself kit, with an old iPhone m with 3.5mm jack, a Rode Lav+ lavalier microphone, Earin A3 earbuds, and the speechjammer app for iOS. Works great I often use it when I have bad speech days or during social activities when I want to speak more easily. It’s invisible except for the ear bud.
