Thank you — Yes, I guess it is how I speak. I've been conscious of it lately & I'm trying to forget about it, because if I don't pay attention, it's easier to flow onto the next thing and keep talking. I'll keep it up — I'm not one to be too shy about talking, I quite enjoy it. It's just the awareness of my speech pattern that gets at me, but it is what it is, aha
