I’ll pay attention to whether I’m tensing up somewhere in my body and try to relax it. If I get to a word I can tell I will stutter, I’ll take a short pause as I’m talking and then say the word. Usually if I keep doing that I’ll get out of it. I def think being tired is a big factor too. My anxiety is usually a bit harder to manage overall if I’m overtired. You’ll get through this!
