Tips for a blocker? I think I've only got a block stutter which makes it harder to begin certain words. It also has to do with my breathing I suppose. But what I have noticed about my circumstance is that if you make the conscious effort to talk, sing, ~~and do silly tongue exercises everyday, it does get better. However, if I don't speak for several days, I have a lot of trouble enunciating and projecting my voice. So I don't think it's just a stutter problem with me. Meditation is also a fantastic tool for those of you who tend to get more flustered than usual while speaking. Sometimes we get caught up in our own perception of ourselves to much and it's beneficial, at least to some extent, to release all that mental tension, and hopefully thereby releasing some physical tension as well. I wish you all the best. Love y'all.
