Take it easy, you know its something that is out of our control and just be grateful for being alive. When I feel like I am about to hit a block I just stop speaking for a good 10-20 seconds, I had people leave in the middle of the conversation not understanding what is happening, and others who understand just wait it out. Life is great regardless of this disability.
