New Stuttering? Hello everyone, I wanted to introduce myself. I am 28 years old and had language problems since I was a child. As a child I had to go to a language school because I couldn't pronounce the S. Stuttering has actually never been an issue until now. From time to time I had blockades with speaking. But they were very harmless and passed quickly. But lately I've noticed that I often stutter in conversations, be it with work colleagues or on the phone. I miss the words, I have blockages, etc. I have to close my eyes somehow to get the word out, I've noticed. In the past I also had problems speaking, which I always related to my hotter voice. Maybe that wasn't right. Nonetheless, I have now researched about stuttering and realized that I am a stutterer. The symptoms are just right. I'm very Anxious have depression, I'm socially withdrawn (probably because I can't speak well). I don't understand why the problem was never a problem until I was 28. That's really bothering me now. Ever since I found out that I stutter, I stutter very often. That weighs heavily on me. I've been drinking a lot of caffeine for months. I've now decided to go cold turkey from caffeine in hopes that the stuttering won't happen as often. I hope this will help me deal with my stuttering better. Because of my depression I want to take the herbal remedy called Lasea
