Read the studies on it. They're interesting. Of course, the issue that also pops up is almost all Ashkenazi Jews descend from the same 2,000 people living 2,000 years ago so there's limited genetic admixture as compared to other groups, which is why there are so many genetic quirks but Einstein and others were all stutterers. Because natural selection seems to favor stuttering for reasons that are unknown, it's very possible but only God knows. Judaism also kind of self selected for literacy, which limited the religion to only the upper class of Judah (I'm into archaeology and archaeogenetics). You wouldn't have known about the religion unless you were part of the minority exiled to Babylon in 587 BCE, which was limited to the upperclass. In my opinion, this is likely why Jews tend to test well and quickly adapt to economic change. It was obviously much more likely a person would survive and procreate if they were from the upper class. It's equally plausible that a lot of these people just happened to stutter as it wouldn't really have impacted socioeconomic status. It isn't like there were 500 people competing for a job at Google. It was mostly just trading and growing so I'm not sure that discrimination to the extent it existed would have had materially impacted a stutterer's livelihood so stuttering seems like a trait that wouldn't have really made one less likely to survive and pass on their stutter gene.
