To recap the last 4 lessons I was given by Zhen Chen, I was taught Gentle Speech, introduced my one of posts as well, and I found it very convenient to practice cuz you don't need quick responses to the blockages when talking to others, unlike resetting, vibrating your vocal fold and etc. But one real lesson I was really given was that don't expect speech therapy too much cuz it won't necessarily mitigate your stuttering, and it will be likely to misfire on you. So I just shared my experience here in order to inform you guys of what speech therapy is sketchily and I cannot offer too professional advices for you guys. I am not an SLP. Just hope you guys can learn something from my post! :)
