All I can say is this: It’s clear that your biggest problem is NOT your stutter. Your biggest problem is your FEAR of stuttering. The only way you’re going to overcome your fear of stuttering is to stop associating stuttering with something that is negative. When I was around 10-11 years old, I went to speech therapy at the American Institute of Stuttering. The best thing they did for me is taught me not to be ashamed of my stutter. There I learned to see my stutter as just a part of who I am, something that made me unique. If you learn you embrace your stutter, then you will eventually eliminate the anxiety that you have about your stutter. (Sorry if I wasn’t clear, English isn’t my first language.)
