>Current research shows that stuttering is neurological in origin. As in there is a physical difference in the brain, or is it phycological? I believe for me it was due to childhood past trauma, like my stutter is less when say I'm in the car talking to someone who's looking at the road and not me. But when I'm talking let's say on a dinner table, I'm about to say something and everyone suddenly looks at me it makes my stutter so much worse. I think this is anxiety and an clear indicator that I've had trauma in the past similar to this
