Would speech therapy work for me? And how do I get it?

Would speech therapy work for me? And how do I get it? So a bit of a background on my stutter. I’m 18 (male) and I’ve stuttered my whole life. But recently I’ve discovered my stutter isn’t bad in of itself. It’s only bad around certain people/situations and anxiety can also play a factor. For instance if I’m chilling with friends my stutter is almost non existent. If I’m with my parents/trying to tell a story it’s super bad. It gets worse when I don’t wanna stutter but that’s not something I can just no longer care about. But I believe if I didn’t worry about if I stuttered or not it would barely even be there Since my stutter is mild, would it work in the first place? Or does that mean it has a higher chance of working? My old boss at my previous job told me he had a stutter until he got it under control. I only ever heard him stutter once How would I even go about speech therapy tho? I feel if I brought it up to my parents they’d be the type that wouldn’t think it would help. How much would it be? (Are there any free podcasts that do the same sort of thing I can watch in the meantime?)
