Got the job, but I'm now terrified. Hi guys! Been lurking here for quite some time, and I must say thank you. You've given me courage to try speech therapy again, and also to get me to go to interviews. I would consider myself a moderate stutterer, and have been since I was 4(23 now), although I can not remember not stuttering. Problem is that I have an extremely outgoing personality that gets suppressed, and this has given me horrible anxiety when it comes to job interviews and the like. Recently I got an interview for my dream job, and the interview went really well. I am proud to say I aced it and I don't even think they realized I stutter. I now got the job offer but I now have this stupid feeling like I've been hired on false grounds, because I will be expected to communicate very well to other employees. Has anyone else ever felt this?
