Speech therapy could help. I'm a mild/situational stutterer too. Drinks not a problem for me, but maybe losing some control over your faculties through alcohol could be making your stuttering worse. Phones are bad for me too. I block and stutter like mad on the phone. My stuttering was more severe in childhood but with ST, I've gotten some skills to help me. Learning to be honest about your stutter and owning it can help too! I find that if I admit I have a stutter, I stop caring and my fluency actually improves because I took control and changed the expectations. Without the pressure of having to be fluent, I become more fluent! Funny how that works. Good luck to you!
