Maybe he can talk to his friends about it I think the biggest thing I've learned that has helped is not being hard on myself when I stutter That includes people talking over me etc I move on and live life Support your son until he builds that quality and maybe pursue a career in something he loves etc Remember always to have fun and to treat him normally at all times
