Went to the doctors. Nurse asked me a question while taking my blood pressure and i started stuttering. I start blinking and make a weird face while I'm stuck on a word; and the blocks can last a few seconds. She thought i was having a stroke and instantly called for help and started tapping my arm. I had to calm her and the other nurses that rushed in. Other than that, I've had the exact same experience of presentation as you. And people laughing at me for a minute straight but this takes the cake for me.
